Refunds, Returns, Warranty?

Overview

Please email me at StellarJules Jewellery as soon as possible HERE if there are any problems.

Your satisfaction is important to me! The majority of StellarJules Jewellery is handmade with love, which does mean some variation can occur and can also mean that it may have a more organic ‘handmade’ feel.

As I generally make jewellery to order, standard exchange, return and refunds are not possible without specific reason with regards to condition of the item.

When you receive your StellarJules jewellery, please take note of the condition and contact me if there are any defects or you are not satisfied before throwing any packaging away.

If your item is damaged during the making process, and not through transportation, please take photos of your items within 24 hours and send them to me to have a look at. Where possible I will do my utmost to replace, fix or exchange your jewellery so that you are entirely happy. Please note, for custom or personalised designs where we have been in communication, exchange will not be possible. Damaged items must be returned.

    StellarJules Jewellery Refunds

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sent in a condition where no further damage can occur.

    StellarJules Jewellery is not responsible for loss or damage during the return shipping process. The expense of returns must be covered by the customer. I am able to help with the courier by arranging a quote and collection for you.

    StellarJules Earrings: unfortunately, if a pair of earrings has no defect or damage upon receipt, I cannot make a refund or exchange due to hygene purposes.

    Custom/Personalised items: No exchanges, refunds or returns. If there is a manufacture fault or personalisation is incorrect on my part, please contact me so that I can correct this at no charge.

    Incorrect sizing/order: Please ensure that you check your sizing and spelling before ordering. Any errors during the ordering process will not be liable for refund/return/exchange. I will be happy to resize/remake, however this will incur a fee which will be discussed and agreed upon.

    Metal: The metals I use can oxidise and tarnish over time, especially if not worn often. I will not be able to refund/return/exchange due to this natural process. Any plated metals lose their plating over time and especially when washed- rings and items worn often will lose colour more quickly than earrings for example. Plated jewellery cannot be exchanged/refunded or returned.

    Stones: Return/exchange/refund of stones is not possible with exception of incorrect setting whereby I will communicate with you to ensure this is fixed. Please be gentle with your stones – settings and stones can break or chip if they are knocked or handled roughly.

    I do offer a cleaning and polishing service, please contact me for details.

    Once your return is received and inspected, I will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    StellarJules Jewellery Warranty

    Things can go wrong with all kinds of jewellery, as with anything that is handmade. If something happens like a stone comes out of its setting, a jump ring breaks or a solder line splits, please let me know as soon as possible.

    These things are rare and shouldn’t happen, however, if it’s something that is not due to wear and tear or damage from yourself (knocking ring, used with excessive force, stretching etc) I will either replace (like for like where possible) or fix the item. The item cannot be exchanged or returned.

    There is a 30 day warranty period for StellarJules Jewellery.
